Privacy Policy

1. Overview

CollaGO ("the App") is a photo collage maker for Android. This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

Short version: the App collects no personal data, requires no account, and does not connect to any server.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, process, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials
• Your photos or the content of your collages
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry of any kind

3. Photo Library & Camera Access

The App requests access to your device's photo library and, optionally, the camera, solely to let you import images into your collage. Photos are:

• Loaded locally on your device only
• Never uploaded to any server, cloud storage, or third-party service
• Not stored by the App beyond what you explicitly save as a project file

You may deny or revoke photo and camera access at any time in your device's Settings app. Revoking access means you cannot import new images, but existing saved projects are unaffected.

4. Local Storage

Project files (.cscollage) and exported images (JPEG, PNG, WebP) are saved to the private Documents directory of the App on your device. They are accessible only through the App. No file is transmitted externally unless you explicitly share or email it using the built-in sharing functions.

5. In-App Purchases

The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how purchase data is handled.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Advertising

The App contains no third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude), no advertising SDKs (such as AdMob or Meta Audience Network), and no crash reporting services. The free tier does not display advertisements.

7. Children

The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU/EEA). There is no user account, no messaging, and no data transmission of any kind.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we collect no personal data, there is no data held by us for you to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to remove data stored locally on your device, you can delete individual project files within the App's Saved Gallery, or uninstall the App entirely (which removes all App data from your device).

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where required by applicable law, notify users. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
